The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge made its debut during the Galaxy Unpacked event earlier this year and was further highlighted at MWC 2025. This sleek new addition is anticipated to be part of the Galaxy S25 lineup, which includes the standard Galaxy S25, the Galaxy S25+, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra. While Samsung has not yet confirmed the release details for the Galaxy S25 Edge, a source has provided insights regarding its launch schedule in India. According to tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) on X, the Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be unveiled in India next month. Previous information has pointed to a potential launch date of April 16 for the device, which may be available in select regions only. Furthermore, the tipster mentioned in the comments that the Galaxy S25 Edge might be priced at approximately Rs. 1,10,000. Earlier leaks indicate a cost of about $999 (around Rs. 87,150) in the United States.

Samsung highlighted the Galaxy S25 Edge during its launch event in January and subsequently at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025. This device is designed with a slim profile, reportedly measuring 8.3mm thick at the camera module. It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy SoC, similar to other models in the Galaxy S25 series. It may feature 12 GB of RAM and a 6.66-inch display boasting a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is likely reinforced with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The Galaxy S25 Edge is also predicted to run on Android 15 with One UI 7 and could include support for Galaxy AI features. The device might be equipped with a 3,900mAh battery that supports 25W wired charging. Teasers suggest the presence of a dual rear camera system, likely consisting of a 200-megapixel main sensor and a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens. The smartphone is expected to weigh approximately 162 grams.
