Lohri Utsav has been organized by the non-profit organization Global Women Power in association with Akhil Vishwa Hindi Jyoti organization.
The Lohri festival is a Punjabi festival that marks the beginning of the winter season in Punjab, India. It is also called as the harvest festival of India.
