The california state legislature passed a bill on Thursday to control people who sell theapy intending to change their sexual orientations, The law passed by assembly would be termed as criminal practice and fraud business intentions of altering sexual priorities .

Campbell Senator belonging to the democratic party told that he has authored the proposed bill identifying the proven harmful ineffective negative effects of the conversion therapy.

A survivor of conversion therapy Sam Brinton said that he supports the legislative resolution which could save many lives.

"My mother was taught that if I just tried harder everything would be fine, that I would be able to come a straight person,"

Briton said as a part his testimony before the Assembly Judiciary Committee.

Many other senators made other concerns regarding the confusion of objecting bill by religious communities from discussing the therapy control acts. So they also asked to clarify how their bill effects the religious organization.

A popular activist Mathew shukra canvasing to end conversion and a therapy savior told that he experienced this therapy for about five years burdening his parents over $35,000.

"The promises that were given to my parents were fraudulent," Said Shukra.
